Salete Ferreira Cravo works with leaders for whom responsibility is constant, decisions carry weight, and performance must be sustained without internal erosion.
Her work focuses on the internal systems that govern leadership — perception, emotional regulation, decision-making, and cognitive endurance — and on the external environments that either support or quietly undermine them.
Trained originally as an architect, Salete’s path evolved from designing physical structures to understanding how space, nervous systems, and human performance are deeply interconnected. Her background spans sustainable architecture, neuroscience, leadership psychology, and generative therapeutic modalities, allowing her to operate at the intersection of internal recalibration and environmental strategy.
Her advisory work integrates applied neuroscience, emotional and nervous system regulation, and subconscious pattern reprocessing to support leaders operating in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. The focus is not optimization for speed or productivity, but clarity, authority, and long-term cognitive and emotional sustainability.
In parallel, Salete collaborates on select neuro-spatial projects that translate internal coherence into physical and digital environments. She is a member of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture (ANFA) and INTBAU, and a Strategic Managing Partner at the Sandra Costa Design Group, delivering discreet, high-touch neuro-architectural work for elite private clients.
Discreet by nature and selective by design, Salete works privately with a limited number of leaders each year, by referral or strong alignment only. Her role is not to motivate or instruct, but to provide a stabilizing, strategic presence — supporting leaders in operating with precision, coherence, and depth over time.
